Aztech ISA Sound Cards
Yet another case of DOS drivers buried within a Windows executable. Image not available Photos not available for this variation. Also found some more that are indicated to be sounx Washington. On the good side, the FM synth is as loud as voice and isn’t obviously glitchy.

I could never get the card to be detected by any of the Aztech drivers, so please let me know if there is a different process! There isn’t a whole lot of eound about this company besides what’s on their webpage.

The DOS drivers can’t be obtained without first installing Windows. This was often done very poorly the Sound Blaster Live! Aside from that fatal flaw in one variant, as clones go their performance is respectable:.

There is a configurator that works in plain DOS, but it was cleverly hidden inside of the Windows drivers package, which can’t be extracted under DOS.
